no rhyme or reason

so it's about that time, my Girlahs, for the next kit to show itself!! one little Girlah already got hers (cheapy me wanted to save on postage) but hasn't been sworn to secrecy or anything.

so I sit here and wrestle with sneak peek or full reveal? with the holidays coming up, will I remember to post? and since I really want to get it to you by January 1st, full reveal sort of makes sense. and can't forget that it's holiday mailing season, you just might get it in time for next year.

so here it is, no rhyme or reason:

• 5 sheets of patterned paper (7Gypsies, Scenic Route, Fancy Pants, Anna Griffin)
• 2 sheets of cardstock (olive green, white)
• 1 large file folder
• Knock Knock stuff: 1 sheet of Note to Self paper, 6 different designs of sticky notes (Heidi already gave us some in her kit...so you get more!)
• 2 Waste Not Paper envelopes
• vintage B&W gift coupons/tickets
• red and white labels - 4 different sizes
• 1 set of Maya Road chipboard people
• 6 self-adhesive felt flowers from the Target $1 spot
• 1 Autumn Leaves clear stamp - swirl
• 1 set of 5"x3" monthly dividers (perfect for a year-long mini!!)
• 1 yard of brown sequin ribbon
• 1 small brown vinyl "suitcase" for all your embellishments

if everything goes right, these should be in the mail sometime before the end of this week. Hope you all have a super duper Christmas and a swell start to the New Year!!

Girlah Kit creations

I found some time this past week to play with Bonita...and I like what I made!! you can't really see the background paper because it's white, but I love how things turned out.

ARadd, I almost called to ask if you could stamp me a few more leaves, but I think I managed to make it work.

need to play more, but time will be slim pickings this week...Heidi are you getting Girlah kit #2 together??

alright girlahs....now that we have our very first girlah kit in our scrappy little hands, I think it's time to start creating!

ARadd and I were discussing and we figured we should aim to have something posted in the next month or so. Definitely before the arrival of the next kit...can you believe November is next month?!?!

so I know between moving and kiddos and getting married and life in general, it's gonna be busy busy for all of us so do what you possibly can. even if it's one little tag, go for it!

Alex, you did an awesome job putting the premiere kit together. I think if we work our magic with it, the rest of the scrappy world will be j-e-a-l-o-u-s that they don't have one too!
